EQUALITY Inferno is about many things: having a good time, dancing, networking, mingling.... but most of all, it's about inclusivity.
We are a body-positive dance for women, lesbians and members of the transgender community. Our goal is to be both inclusive and welcoming. JOIN US: Get On Our WILL CALL List
If you are planning to join us on the dance-floor and want to avoid any unnecessary or awkward questions by any door staff, we encourage you to email us HERE with your name and we will add to our WILL CALL Guest List. The entry price remains the same, but when you arrive, simply show them your ID (for age purposes) and let them know you are "on the WILL CALL list" and you will sail right in. We hope this will ensure a smooth and welcoming entry.
LEARN MORE
Sometimes a person's actions and/or words can be unintentionally offensive to trans* people. This can be prevented in part through educating oneself on trans* issues. We welcome you to expand your knowledge of trans* issues by clicking on either of the links below:

Trans Education
Pronouns: please honor our guests by asking them what pronoun they prefer.
Transgender woman: Sometimes abbreviated as Trans Woman. It is most preferable though to refer to trans women as simply women since that's what they are.
Transgender man: Sometimes abbreviated as Trans Man, or trans guy. Again, it is most preferable to refer to trans men as simply men since that's what they are.
Etiquette: A friendly reminder that it is never okay to question someones Gender identity, and anyone who is deliberately rude to one of our welcome guests will find themselves unwelcome very quickly.
